Job Description

Overview: As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including processing payments, handling change, and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues, such as sold-out situations or guest complaints, and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Housekeeping, Bellpersons, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Communication: Develop effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management, conveying information clearly and professionally.
