Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Senior Associate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining excellent communication with our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk area, including receiving and processing payments, handling inquiries, and coordinating guest services.
- Maintain accurate records, process purchase orders, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and other departments to provide exceptional guest service.
- Ensure efficient use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to maintain organized records and reports.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule appointments, manage events, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, with some higher learning preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar job or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Good presentation and etiquette skills.
