Business Development Coordinator

A vital component of our expanding sales support function, facilitating the contracting process for new customers.

Daily duties and main responsibilities will include:

  • Generate new business contract packs
  • Act as gatekeeper to team inbox and manage tickets related to sales operations support requests for new business transactions.
  • Monitor the release and completion of Anti Money Laundering documentation
  • Assist with the Non-Disclosure Agreements process for new prospects.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments including proactive sales team engagement
  • Maintain an up-to-date deal desk pipeline to allow for more accurate forecasting within SOPS.
  • Establish consistent recordkeeping and version control by posting file updates to designated systems/folders and distributing within the business as applicable
  • Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions
  • Perform other administrative functions or assignments on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Detail oriented - drafting and proofing documents.
  • Ability to drive customer communication and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work as an individual contributor and as a part of a team.
  • Customer service driven
  • Process driven/Process Improvement ideology
  • Problem solving/Critical thinking
  • Experience with contracts is a plus.
