Moodys Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs (GPRA) team is a strategic function sitting within Corporate Affairs, which reports directly to the CEO. Our team deploys expertise on government relations, public policy, and regulatory and geopolitical analysis to inform Moodys Corporation (MCO) strategy, commercial activities and risk management across existing business as well as new products and markets.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our GPRA team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless execution of their tasks and responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Support Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations;
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and entertainment for our team members;
- Working with external vendors and Moodys Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment of invoices;
- Liaising with Technology, Building Services, and other departments as needed.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
- Fabulous interpersonal skills and phone manner;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organization skills, including time management and ability to multi-task and shift priorities;
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with Senior Management.
