At World Business Lenders, LLC, we offer a remote Contract/Consultant position for a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional administrative support to our Administration Manager, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings, including routine scheduling of calls and Zoom sessions.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes as requested by the Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Administration team in developing policies, procedures, and reporting across the company.
  • Assist in the implementation of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and develop efficient tracking and reporting systems.
  • Prepare and finalize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, as well as compose correspondence.
  • Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and other financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the loan or mortgage industry is a plus.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and Zoom.
