About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and act as a thought partner to Principals in their work with clients and internal functions.

This role requires a driven individual who can work with limited direction to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, process timesheets and expenses, and maintain confidentiality.

As a key member of our business management team, you will be surrounded by a group of talented and experienced professionals who value collaboration and teamwork.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Curiosity, insight, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
