Job Description
We seek a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a technical resource and point person, you will interact with clients, vendors, and senior management to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- General inquiry support, service delivery support, education enrollment assistance, business partner service, and database management
- Perform interrelated activities that deliver the primary service provided by the business function
- Have knowledge and experience in using specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs
- Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of requests
- The employee performs multiple repetitive tasks or multi-step processes
Requirements
- English proficiency (85-95% or more)
- Vast experience in customer service and teamwork-oriented
- Ability to work prime, night shifts, and/or weekends
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
