**Responsibilities:**
• Provide assistance to customers with basic device troubleshooting over the phone or via other communication channels
• Work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
• Advanced English language proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior call center experience is an asset
• Technical experience or studies in a related field are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
