About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and cases in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist customers
  • Educate customers on Instana's features and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
