Your Role and Responsibilities
We're seeking a talented Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join our Systems Storage Premium Support Team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our premium clients, providing technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support via multiple channels, including remote assistance and on-site visits.
- Analyze system health and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
- Utilize various support tools to track client activity and provide proactive reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow special handling instructions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication.
- Support 24/7 operations, including varying shift patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A relevant university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in remote technical support, preferably in the area of storage and networking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
