Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support and Client Solutions Expert to join our Experian team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional support and solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a technical processing environment, with a strong background in marketing or agency settings. You will be responsible for working directly with clients and sales teams to create targeted audiences, design campaigns, and activate various digital channels.

You will also be expected to collaborate with internal groups to define project requirements, monitor accuracy, and provide targeting recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and sales teams to understand and fulfill client requests
  • Design targeted audiences using a variety of data sources, including Experian, first-party, and third-party data
  • Utilize Experian's dedicated software to create targeted audiences and activate various destinations
  • Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects
  • Provide targeting recommendations and answer data, tool, and process questions for external clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical processing environment
  • Technical Bachelor's degree in progress or complete
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or with Agency preferred
  • Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills within open systems environments
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Basic project management skills
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing channels

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, life, and dental insurance, as well as paid time off and an annual performance bonus.
