You will manage multiple projects at once, utilizing superior organization skills to drive value recognition through consultation and guidance of product implementation.
The goal is to provide exceptional customer experiences, driving engagement, health, and satisfaction with our software.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide customers through a 3-4 week onboarding journey, including series of calls, presentations, and product training.
