As an Implementation Specialist at Tebra, you will play a critical role in launching customers on our platform and owning their experience all the way through.

The implementation process requires proactive communication with customers, ensuring timely project completion and delivering world-class customer service.

You will manage multiple projects at once, utilizing superior organization skills to drive value recognition through consultation and guidance of product implementation.

The goal is to provide exceptional customer experiences, driving engagement, health, and satisfaction with our software.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Guide customers through a 3-4 week onboarding journey, including series of calls, presentations, and product training.
  • Deliver world-class customer service.
