Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Costa Rica.
This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and unique.
You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure our guests' needs are met.
This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Process operational needs and guest requests
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records
- Share knowledge of local area and amenities with guests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
