**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Opportunity to Quote Operations, Sales Management Support Renewals team. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for creating and managing the Renewals Pipeline, ensuring accuracy and accountability of numbers throughout the quarter.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create the Renewals Pipeline and manage the Forecast/Exclusion process
- E2E Opportunity Management and ensure 99%+ KPI success rate, Reporting & reconciliation of bookings/orders/opportunities, Improve & maintain account and opportunity data hygiene
- Work with Sales, Geo Business partner as well as our outsourced sales function in reviewing deals in Salesforce.com, making necessary adjustments to deal value, stage, closure dates, and other attributes
- Provide valuable, actionable insights on the business through standard reports and dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of raw data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and peers in other geographies to leverage best practices and maximize resource utilization
