Manage day-to-day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
Promote the Agile values and principles.
Analyze the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice.
Support establishing effective Agile governance approaches – such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Manage projects and resources in charge.
Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of the program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment cycles.
Drive weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicate with all impacted stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
Support Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and win prospective clients.
Support discipline leadership and guidance to the Delivery Department team, setting standards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within the organization.
Adhere to and advise on the company-wide operating metric targets with the Group Delivery Director.
Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path, and risk assessment.
Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for the team to follow with the end goal of top efficiency and quality.
Work with Group Delivery Director to align appropriate team members against suitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
A track record for successfully managing a discipline or large programs
Mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, Risk Management, and AGILE (Scrum)
Expert experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping, and leadership
Resource management within the Solution Delivery team, including balancing priorities, timelines, mix, and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to work on large-scale digital projects
Proven ability to develop and implement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for the client
Proven negotiation skills and ability to interact with Senior-level employees
Presents him/herself in a polished, professional way—a very high degree of personal professionalism.
It's a plus if you have:
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects)
Proven experience in a Scrum Master role. PMP designation, SCRUM Master certification, Six Sigma.
Technical background
A Specialty/Certification on Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development, or Risk Management
Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
