  At Hangar Worldwide, we are seeking a skilled Digital Project Lead to join our team.

  Job Summary

  The Digital Project Lead will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully manage projects from initiation to deployment.

  Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and risk assessments;
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, and escalating critical issues to senior management;
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and documentation requirements;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement within the project team;
  • Partner with internal teams to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and present recommendations to senior management;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in digital project management.

  Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment;
  • Advanced English knowledge (C1 reading, writing, conversational);
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively;
  • Experience with project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, and leadership;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in a digital project context;
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, Jira, Confluence, and Box;
  • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
