Job Description

This role involves coordinating communication with clients to implement product or service changes related to security, membership, and legal matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Holding meetings with clients/prospects via phone, using web-based tools to identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Researching and identifying sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production centers/business units or specific accounts across all solution suites.
  • Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings effectively.
  • Offering product training to users to ensure effective client utilization of Experian services.
  • Maintaining contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.
  • Partner termination process, manual monthly partner reporting, score annual review, large data set notification, assistance with the partner support ticket, partner cert renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and advanced English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace and willingness to learn more.
  • Ability to operate within a teamed selling approach with energy and a sense of ownership.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with drive to learn independently and in a structured environment.
  • Customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PPT, MS Office, Salesforce.
  • Presentation skills and ability to lead engaging meetings.
  • Willingness to learn industry and capabilities of Experian.
