Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • To resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • To work closely with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (B2+ or C1)
  • Certified in any process improvement methodology or proven experience in such field
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience
