Job Description:
The Client Onboard Analyst will be responsible for processing client requests related to system setup, including signatory updates and documentation lodgment. This role requires close collaboration with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process client's requests related to system set up, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal partners to perform systems maintenance.
- Provide timely responses to client and internal inquiries.
- Prepare documentation for archiving and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with current procedures, internal rules, external regulations, and follow changes in relevant documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in financial services preferred.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Good PC skills, including Excel and Word.
- Experience in customer communication, both internal and external.
- Knowledge of bank products, particularly account opening and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with the field of finance and banking (a plus).
- Flexibility, teamwork, loyalty, and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
