Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity involves providing support for existing systems and procedures, assisting in project management, implementation planning, and test approach/test planning. You'll serve as a liaison with other teams, both internally and externally, fostering open communications and relationships with key stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining System Efficiency: You will be responsible for maintaining open communications and relationships with key Business Leaders, Internal customers, and External Partners/Vendors. As an authority in your area, you will demonstrate knowledge of Moody's processes and conduct basic training as needed. Additionally, you will resolve a wide range of issues and incidents, maintain and monitor existing systems, processes, and jobs, create and update operational procedures and documentation, and provide functional and technical guidance to other team members.
Process Improvement and Enhancement: You will lead in the design of appropriate process modifications, plan and conduct system testing to ensure modifications meet internal client specifications, develop and maintain proper documentation, and implement required changes going forward. Furthermore, you will develop test strategy, test scripts, and perform execution of testing, assist with data conversions and validations, and develop implementation plans and validate changes to production.
Required QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Additionally, you should have 1+ years of meaningful work experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, with expertise in system implementation and configuration.
Desirable Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, knowledge of processes within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Talent Management, background checking platforms, ability to communicate in technical and non-technical terms, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills are highly desirable.
