Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Resolution Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaint management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, returns, adjustments, and collection activities to ensure timely payment and minimize cycle time for customer complaints.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of SAP & Salesforce systems to develop solutions for moderately complex issues. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong written and verbal English skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your expertise in financial statements analysis, negotiation, and credit and financial counsel principles will enable you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and at least 1 year of combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service, or marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
