**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, and Customer Service Analytics. You will interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers' experience with their healthcare needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls from customers to assist them with opening orders and other tasks
- Implement critical thinking to analyze callers' requests and determine next steps
- Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise
- Support other workstreams within the organization by providing corresponding information to callers or redirecting to the correct team
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1
- Flexible and adaptable schedule, workflow processes, and priorities
- Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude
- Empathy, politeness, active listening, and critical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 6 months of customer care experience
- Healthcare call center experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge and computer skills
**Benefits**
Solventum offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
