Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with diverse stakeholders, including patients, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to provide personalized support.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests, determine next steps, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide seamless support and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced English (oral and written) C1 proficiency necessary.
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule, workflow processes, and priorities.
  • Able to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Empathy, politeness, active listening, and critical thinking essential soft skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and computer skills required.
  • Strong alignment with 3M culture and values, including customer-centricity, innovation, inclusion, and agility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of customer care experience.
  • Healthcare call center experience desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
