Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Interact with diverse stakeholders, including patients, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to provide personalized support.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests, determine next steps, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide seamless support and enhance overall customer experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1 proficiency necessary.
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule, workflow processes, and priorities.
- Able to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
- Empathy, politeness, active listening, and critical thinking essential soft skills.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and computer skills required.
- Strong alignment with 3M culture and values, including customer-centricity, innovation, inclusion, and agility.
- At least 6 months of customer care experience.
- Healthcare call center experience desirable.
