At Tek Experts, we're seeking a skilled Dynamics Tech Support Engineer to join our team of experts. As a key member, you'll work closely with customers to resolve complex software issues, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.

Maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.

Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of English language (85% or B2 level).

At least 6-12 months of experience in tech support within a fast-paced environment.

Data bases query/SQL knowledge.

Basic Cloud Knowledge (Virtual Machines).

Network traces knowledge.

Log Analysis Skills.
