About the Role
This role will provide excellent customer service while managing high-severity issues. You'll be proactive in communicating with customers and ensuring a positive experience at all levels of our support structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely updates on case progress and resolution.
- Gauge incident severity by identifying impact on the customer's business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issue resolution.
- Manage the incident lifecycle and maintain documentation.
- Mentor junior specialists as needed.
Requirements
You'll need 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with proficiency in English and Portuguese (B2 level). Some higher-level education is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
