Job Summary: Microvention is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal teams, managing hardware and software systems, and implementing automation solutions.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with excellent technical skills and experience in supporting complex IT systems.
  • The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • This role requires a high level of autonomy and independence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to internal teams via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Manage hardware and software systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  3. Implement automation solutions using tools like Power Platform.
  4. Collaborate with business departments to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network hardware devices, peripherals, and client/server architecture.
  6. Document resolutions and create job aids or instructions for the knowledgebase and intranet.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Copilot/generative AI technologies and integrate them into daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with automation tools like Power Platform and PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
