We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the role of IT equipment deployment. Key responsibilities include:

Job Summary

  • Deployment and relocation of IT equipment between floors and buildings
  • Installation of equipment for events and conferences
  • Replacement of peripherals at customer locations
  • Installation or removal of equipment for courses, training, or events
  • Basic technical support with OnCall Service
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 2 problems with personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Support for Videoconference systems and events management
