**Job Summary**:

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, including website navigation, mobile device support, and telecommunication connectivity.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical requirements to provide accurate and effective support.

**Requirements**:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, product support, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
