Job Summary
Css Corp is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in German (B2+) and English (B2+), as well as gaming experience. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a broad knowledge of client products, and processing refunds as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clarify player requirements and resolve customer issues
- Review player needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building skills
- Answer player questions related to websites, products, and benefits
- Maintain knowledge of client products and processes
- Process refunds as needed
Required Skills
- Proficiency in German B2+
- Proficiency in English B2+
- Gaming experience is mandatory
