Job Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist. You will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to patients, home health agencies, and doctors' offices.
Responsibilities
- You will obtain Proof of Delivery documents from patients through our database.
- You will complete outbound dialer calls and handle inbound calls to provide timely support.
- You will interact with patients, home health agencies, and doctors' offices to gather necessary information.
- You will review order notes, documents, previous orders, and internet searches to determine the best course of action.
- You will maintain your assigned worklist efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You should be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing schedules, workflow processes, and priorities.
- You must communicate effectively in English (C1 level).
- You should have at least 1 year of call center experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Nice InContact would be beneficial.
- Previous experience with a dialer in a phone customer service environment is advantageous.
- You should be capable of multitasking and toggling between multiple systems.
- You should possess a self-driven, customer-focused attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Work Environment
This role is hybrid-eligible, with some remote work possible, but requiring travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week.
