Customer Support Specialist

At Hologic, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our Service Sales organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Service Sales Managers, facilitating matters related to back-office needs and delivering timely and accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service solutions meet customer needs and system requirements.
- Communicate end-of-life products to stakeholders on behalf of Service Sales Managers, as needed.
- Verify customer equipment and warranty dates in Oracle and inform relevant internal teams.
- Participate in product training opportunities and launches to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a university degree (required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting sales organizations or customer service (required).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
