Amentum is seeking a skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role will provide critical support to our Fortune 500 client, attending to customer requirements and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive internal calls from customers to address reports or site-related issues
  • Document and create work orders in Maximo related to findings reported
  • Generate a database with reports and calls
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign frequency and work type related to customer requirements
  • Support daily and monthly report preparation
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned or requested
  • Attend operation daily meetings and present KPIs
  • Process void and hold requests related to FOH department, Sourcing, and PD
  • Complete daily WO reports and follow up
  • Assign and print documents required for operation crew
  • Closing procedures for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)
  • Weekly PM report execution
  • Request access to card readers for internal and external workers
  • Guest registration platform management
  • Attend weekly meetings to close WOs
  • Negative feedback WO follow-up and attendance
  • Aging backlog report follow-up
  • Lockers management and random audits

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent experience in customer services
  • CCMS Software knowledge and experience
  • Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database apps
  • 4 years of experience in customer service
  • B1+ English proficiency or demonstrated experience
  • Microsoft Office Package knowledge and experience
  • Soft skills: teamwork, order, timeliness, integrity

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Some tasks require repetitive wrist movement
  • Requires flexibility to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach/stretch, and move in a 90-degree fashion during the workday
  • Requires ability to read and understand information contained in various documents or displayed on a computer screen
  • Requires ability to use a variety of office equipment and operate a computer keyboard to access databases, send/receive messages, and prepare documents
  • May require travel to Amentum, customer, and/or vendor locations
