We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in the biotech, bio-instruments, or medical devices industries.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service, product support, IT, telecommunications, or related role. You must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and possess knowledge of computer systems including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze customer complaints and identify solutions
  • Document patient and clinic system complaints by preparing Field Contact Reports (FCRs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
