**Estimated Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year

**Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating a safe and welcoming work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets while upholding quality standards.
  3. Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
  4. Engaging in physical activities such as regular standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.

**Responsibilities Include:

* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, and resolving issues promptly.

* Maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes.

* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to changing situations.

**Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
