About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Helpdesk Agent to join our JLL team supporting our client, Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with facilities ticket management activities, ensuring compliance with assigned service level standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, enter and respond to trouble tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Enter work orders into Building Management systems and communicate progress with facilities team members
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to Amazon employee and client requests within established guidelines
  • Obtain approvals for various requests from other stakeholders, such as Executive Assistants and Space Admins
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date business contact information in the Guru Handbook and other reference documents
  • Update tickets with relevant notes upon receipt of completion notices from property management or vendor partners
  • Assist with emergency response activities, as trained by supervisor
  • Perform other projects and duties as directed by managers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Ability to self-manage and maintain high productivity while working remotely
  • Meet highest attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Proficiency in operating a personal computer and demonstrating expertise with software applications, such as Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Smartsheets
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey key insights in business terms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Possess initiative to assume additional responsibilities and type a minimum 60-WPM with accuracy
  • Perform basic business math calculations, such as computing discount, interest, percentage, and profit/loss
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong service mindset and ability to model organizational values
  • Interpersonal skills that inspire patience, flexibility, creativity, and perseverance in others
  • An appreciation of, sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse environment
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
