Technical Support Expert for Dynamics Solutions

We're seeking a customer-oriented Dynamics Tech Support Engineer to resolve complex customer cases. This individual will work with customers, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will work on cases escalated by customers and/or Level 1 Support Engineers, providing quick and accurate support. Additionally, they will provide technical guidance across teams, identify areas requiring expertise, and mentor junior support engineers.
Key Qualifications:- 85% level of English proficiency
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer and/or tech support within a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of databases query/SQL
- Basic Cloud Knowledge (Virtual Machines)
- Network basic connectivity
- Active Directory Knowledge (Highly desired)
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
