We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Resolution Specialists. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Evaluate complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate technical teams or senior technicians.
  • Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and support end-users' devices and systems when necessary.
  • Assist with equipment setup, deployment, and inventory management.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base by creating and updating technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A technical degree or relevant certifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
