Overview:

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage order entry, order status, product information inquiries, complaints, pricing, shipping, and inventory requests and issues using SAP and Salesforce.
  • Own and manage all aspects of the customer relationship, from entry to delivery, by following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
  • Manage multiple inquiries and develop solutions for moderately complex issues within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support.
  • Demonstrate greater knowledge of systems/processes while working directly with DCs, Sales, division supply chain, and internal and external customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with external customers and internal 3M personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
  • OR - High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
  • Added qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
    • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
    • Salesforce and SAP experience.
    • Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution.
    • Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others.
