Customer Service Coordinator

Overview:
Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage order entry, order status, product information inquiries, complaints, pricing, shipping, and inventory requests and issues using SAP and Salesforce.
- Own and manage all aspects of the customer relationship, from entry to delivery, by following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
- Manage multiple inquiries and develop solutions for moderately complex issues within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support.
- Demonstrate greater knowledge of systems/processes while working directly with DCs, Sales, division supply chain, and internal and external customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with external customers and internal 3M personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
- OR - High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
- Added qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce and SAP experience.
- Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others.
