We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support for the entire PLAN team, assisting with meeting scheduling and planning, including coordinating multiple schedules across global time zones, and drafting meeting invites with relevant and timely information.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, good judgment, and strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders at once. They will also be proficient in MS Office, able to learn to use new tools and technologies quickly, and possess superior client/customer service skills and orientation.

This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to details, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations. The ideal candidate will also have experience in customer service and managing diverse groups of stakeholders, including those across global time zones.

In terms of salary, we estimate that this role would typically pay between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
