About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Haleon, you'll partner closely with Recruiters and HR teams to provide end-to-end support and guidance to Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers. Your expertise will be essential in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and enhancing the effectiveness of our talent coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Support: Provide seamless navigation and administrative assistance to Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Metric Analysis and Insights: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, delivering actionable data to stakeholders and driving improvements in our talent coordination processes.
  • Documentation and Guidance: Create comprehensive documentation, process maps, and training materials as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
  • Compliance and Vendor Management: Ensure TA Partners and Hiring Managers adhere to all relevant laws and regulations when using hiring technologies, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and managing vendors effectively.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Manage regional TA issues related to coordinator tasks, providing timely resolutions and escalation management as required.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation, suggesting enhancements and best practices to streamline and optimize our coordinator processes.
  • Talent Vendor Management: Oversee the management of TA vendors, including generating and managing Purchase Orders (POs).
Basic Qualifications
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition administration, end-to-end talent acquisition processes, or HR roles.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and oral) and Portuguese language skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software, preferably Workday.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Data Analytics tools, such as Power Apps, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excel proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in creating complex process maps and flowcharts using MS Visio or similar tools.
Educational Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000, reflecting the level of responsibility, expertise, and qualifications required for this role.
