Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Solutions Coordinator to join our team at Solventum.

Solventum is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the return of rental units from patients/customers within 60 days of discharge. This will involve completing outbound dialer calls and handling inbound calls, as well as performing welcome calls and identifying additional contact numbers when necessary.

You will also coordinate with internal and external customers for return, research by reviewing all order notes, documents on file, previous orders, and internet searches to determine course of action for each order on the assigned worklist, and enter detailed order notes documenting course of action taken in multiple systems.

Maintaining their assigned worklist in a timely and efficient manner is also a key responsibility of this role. You will review all work queues in the database to ensure orders are being worked timely and properly, provide feedback to CSRs on rework opportunities, etc.

This position requires strong multitasking and typing skills, as well as the ability to operate independently without close supervision. You will be expected to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude, and maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 year of Customer Service Experience, or High School Diploma/GED from AND 1 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Capable of multitasking and toggling through 4-5 different systems (dual screens)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities
  • Communicate in English effectively both verbally and in written format C1
  • Ability to operate independently without close supervision
  • Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
