Complaints Resolution Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an ISO 13485/FDA CFR 820 regulated environment is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for classifying and evaluating Quality Management System (QMS) complaints in a timely manner, assigning potential root causes, and escalating issues to senior analysts when necessary. You will also be part of special projects and other duties as needed.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong foundation in data analysis, regulatory compliance, and complaint handling. A bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in English are preferred.
