Training Development Expert for Customer Success

The Training and Development Specialist plays a crucial role in crafting, implementing, and delivering training programs for both new and existing team members. This specialist is responsible for identifying essential skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary for successful job performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula that address policy, procedures, and customer service skills using various adult learning methodologies.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both on-site and remotely, utilizing diverse teaching aids.
Collaborate with business partners to design and develop course programs, including specialty workshops, continuing education, computer-based training, and new hire training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to refine instructional objectives and methods.
Lead and collaborate on Learning and Development process improvement projects under the guidance of L&D leadership.
Provide input on training policies and programs, determining training classes based on identified training needs, department processes, and business systems.
Deliver engaging training sessions, including new hire, follow-up, reinforcement, recurring, and additional training.
Manage administrative tasks before and after training sessions.
Generate weekly reports to track progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Presentation Skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Training Call Center experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in Training or Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2+ years of experience in facilitation and/or developing training programs).
Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.
Strong written English skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience producing training content using specialized delivery modes such as web or audio.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
