Customer Success Manager Lead

Servicenow is seeking a Customer Success Manager Lead to join our team. This role will oversee a portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts, ensuring customers achieve business outcomes and maximize their ServiceNow investment.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can drive effective customer outcomes, facilitate discussions with various stakeholders, and leverage data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a large portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
- Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues.
- Partner with account teams to help customers meet business objectives and achieve success.
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of related work experience, including customer success, project management, business administration, or SaaS. You must be able to take full ownership of customer portfolios, act with autonomy, and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations with various stakeholders and leadership levels.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and navigate customer objections.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide recommendations that drive achievement of customer business objectives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Servicenow offers a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive compensation package.
