About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Retention Expert to join our team at Tebra, where you will play a critical role in helping independent practices bring modernized care to patients everywhere.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Retention Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, many of whom have been using Tebra's products for 5+ years. This includes identifying solutions for customer issues and working closely with customers to resolve them. You will also work closely with account managers and accounting teams to identify trends and streamline processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a professional and friendly demeanor. You should be comfortable with technical topics, especially Salesforce and Microsoft Office products. A minimum of 2+ years' experience/knowledge working with the Tebra suite of products is required.

Benefits and Perks

Tebra offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a wellness and childcare subsidy and a University/Education discount.
