Profit-Driven Sales Operations Specialist

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst to drive revenue growth and sales productivity in an efficient and scalable manner. This critical member of the team will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and other go-to-market (GTM) teams to increase GTM productivity, maximize technology investments, drive real-time data-driven decisions, and improve orchestration and collaboration.
As a strategic partner to sales leaders, you will help optimize the sales process and drive revenue growth by providing data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Your expertise will enable you to run weekly and monthly business reviews, manage annual and quarterly planning processes, and lead goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to drive key business goals and execution
- Develop and present business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, sales targets, and territory design
- Lead goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address weaknesses
- Partner with the analytics team to develop insights, reports, and dashboards that inform data-driven decisions
- Communicate and present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business operations, consulting, or similar roles at high growth technology/SaaS companies and/or consulting firms
- Strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on organization and attention to detail
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs and drive towards optimal solutions
- Clear thinker with intellectual curiosity and proficiency in Gsheets/G-slides, MS Excel/PPT, SQL, or similar tools for analysis
