We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst for Sales Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, compensation planning, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of sales compensation plans and ensure accuracy in commission payouts.">
  • Track key metrics such as NBXS Bookings, Annual Recurring Revenue, Win Rate, churn, etc.">
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting models.">
  • Spearhead initiatives to streamline reporting processes.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, sales finance, or related field.">
  • Strong Excel and Gsheet skills, including ability to build and maintain complex models.">
  • Fluency in sales compensation frameworks and SaaS metrics.">
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Elementary knowledge of SQL/relational databases a plus.">
