Sales Operations and Compensation Analyst

As a strategic leader and owner of territory development, you will be responsible for ensuring targets and alignments are accurate and to raise opportunities for improvements within. You will manage the analysis and execution of market trends to territory coverage, and take ownership of analysis of account graduation / degradation. You will serve as a solution expert in territory alignment and analysis, and work in a spirit of innovation and initiative in this role.
### Key Requirements
- University Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience
- 2 years of directly related experience
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals under pressure
- Ability to business partner with senior sales leadership, IT, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- To be a strategic thinker who can take a core of an idea and develop an analytical model to drive optimization
- Drive and passion for our business
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL skills
