Maintain a competitive edge in total compensation programs, leading to improved organizational decision-making.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for developing and administering company-wide compensation initiatives, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and data analysis. Manage corporate-wide compensation projects, such as the Global Annual Compensation Review cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze industry survey data to assess competitiveness of total compensation programs and create reports for line managers.
- Collaborate with Comp & People teams to gather anecdotal data where survey data is limited and assist with interpreting and communicating results.
- Work with People Talent Partners on compensation matters, including job evaluations and providing recommendations for various compensation actions.
- Review and approve ad-hoc increases and one-time payments in SuccessFactors (WorkWise).
- Collaborate with People Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition team on proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.
- Provide administrative support in WorkWise for salary planning and annual bonus processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with Digital People Solutions team members to import foundational data such as salary structures and job codes.
- Perform WorkWise data audits monthly to ensure accuracy and work closely with PeopleConnect to resolve identified data accuracy issues.
- Maintain and update shared compensation documents for the Global People team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with other People, Finance, Legal, and/or Tax colleagues as necessary.
- Conduct sophisticated analyses for a broad range of ad-hoc compensation projects.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-3 years' work experience in an analytical position (compensation professional, financial analyst, actuarial).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with salary surveys (McLagan, Radford) preferred.
- Knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform preferred.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
