Sales Operations Lead

We're seeking a skilled Sales Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless sales operations.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for supporting Sales Management in weekly forecast meetings, analyzing pipeline reviews, and establishing best practices for forecast accuracy. You'll also analyze current customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities and suggest creative pricing and payment solutions.
In addition, you'll review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy, ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies, and interface with Deals Desk, Finance, and Legal as needed. Your expertise will also include interfacing with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow sales automation tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and lead regular forecast meetings with Sales Management teams to discuss pipeline health and strategy
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop and implement sales strategies and programs
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and other performance metrics
- Maintain and update sales-related reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations (2-4 years) in a software sales organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel, with experience with CRM systems
